Hi, I'm Shanti!
Shanti Herzog, RN, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C
I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PMHNP) specializing in psychiatric medication management for adults in Washington State.
I received my Master of Science in Nursing degree from Pacific Lutheran University and completed my post-graduate degree in Psychiatric Mental Health at Johns Hopkins University. I also recently became certified in Perinatal Mental Health and have completed training in Integrative Psychiatry, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Craniosacral Therapy. I have worked in community health throughout the Pacific Northwest over the course of my career, in primary care and mental health care settings, as well as in acute care, corrections health, employee health, free community clinics and university settings educating the next generation of nurse practitioners.

Outside of my paid work, I try to find balance and joy in the chaos of life. I love spending time with my partner, two busy young boys, and a loving community that keeps growing with my very extroverted children. Being outside in the dirt and the sun is my therapy, through gardening, biking, hiking, playing with my kiddos, and hanging out with our quirky ducks and chickens.
